Thank you for making this process a little easier! Attached are the pictures I have from the home
owner. They focus mostly on the southern portion of the deck. The damage occurred I think on the
26th of October and the pictures were taken the next day on the 27th.

Hi Jeff,
I'm reviewing the Shoreline Exemption (file # 17-100667-SH) and Building Permit (file # 14-100668-SF) applications for the deck
replacement project at 5426 SW 315th St, Federal Way. To expedite the process I'm emailing comments instead of sending out a
formal technical comment letter.
In order to determine compliance with Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 15.05.220(2), Replacement, alteration, or reconstruction of
nonconforming use or development, can you provide me with the following information:
Pictures of the damaged deck and the date of when the damage occurred.
The information can be emailed to me or submitted to the Permit Center with the attached resubmittal form. If you have any questions
please let me know.
