2. ALL BUILDING COMPONENTS AND FINISHES WHICH ARE TO REMAIN IN PLACE SHALL BE PROTECTED
FROM DAMAGE DURING DEMOLITION.
3. DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A SEPARATION BETWEEN AREAS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF
WORK AND AREAS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF WORK BY PROVIDING PLASTIC SHEATHING BETWEEN
CONTIGUOUS SPACES AND/OR TEMPORARILY TAPING OF JOINTS AND GAPS TO PREVENT DUST
MIGRATION.
4. USE ALL MEANS NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF DUST TO ADJACENT AREAS.
5. CONDUCT DEMOLITION OPERATIONS & THE REMOVAL OF DEBRIS TO ENSURE MINIMUM
