Call Meeting to Order
Meeting was called to order by Terry Thomas on February 14, 2023 at 4:03 pm.
Approve Q4 and Meeting Minutes:
Minutes were approved with no changes.
Approve Q3 Meeting Minutes:
Minutes were approved with no changes.
Aquatic Vegetation Survey Update / Spray Report:
AquaTechnex provided information on preparing a preliminary plan in May for North Lake. Issues on the lake were discussed and AquaTechnex will come up with a plan to treat the lake.
AquaTechnex will get back to this group soon.
The cove needs to be treated for purple loosestrife.
Patch of the non native cattails by the boat launch needs to be treated.
Summer Water Quality Monitoring Update:
2022 water quality data were within normal trends.
Geese Management:
Geese has not been a problem on the lake.
Status of LMD Assessment, Collections, and Delinquents / Current Financials
Dan Sternkopf will follow up and discuss at the next meeting.
Questions / Comments
Laura Bartenhagen shared information on Woodbridge Property and answered questions from the group.
Treatment quote is approx. $28K per year.
Combustible motors on the lake.
Mary McClellen-Aronen made the motion to change the city code to no combustible motors on the lake, Larry Flesher seconded and all except for 1 person voted to approve.
Larry Zimnisky will research the Woodbridge sidewalk concerns and report back to Dan.
The North Lake well #10-C was discussed
