Committee Attendances and City Staff: Mary McClellen-Aronen, Darron Nash, Larry Flesher, Shelley Springer and Dan Sternkopf.
Call Meeting to Order
Meeting was called to order by Mary McClellen-Aronenon May 16, 2023 at 4:07 pm.
Approve Q1 Meeting Minutes
Larry Flesher approved the minutes, Darron Nash seconded and the minutes were approved with no changes
Aquatic Vegetation Survey Update / Spray Report
Dan will reach out to schedule a survey in May, then we can make decisions.
Summer Water Quality Monitoring Update
This is just starting and we have taken 1 sample. Will get the second sample in 2 weeks.
Geese Management
We have 1 family of geese with 2 goslings. Will not need to do geese management this year.
Status of LMD Assessment, Collections, and Delinquents / Current Financials
No update.
Well 10C Discussion
The goal is to remove North Lake from being associated with well 10C (back-up well). The advisory board would like check if the city could send a letter to Lakehaven about the removal
of the well from North Lake so the residents are not held responsible.
Questions / Comments / Concerns
Motion was previously made that no motor engines will be allowed on the lake. All motors must be electric. Dan will check on how to proceed with this motion.
We need to publish a list of contact phone numbers for when you see something on the lake (like campfires, camping, etc.) you can report it.
