Committee and COWF Staff Attendance: Tom Dezutter (Chair), Margaret Reyhner, Jeromy Benson, Mark Sabol, Dave Heimer, Shelley Springer, and Dan Sternkopf.
Call Meeting to Order
Meeting was called to order by Tom Dezutter on March 14, 2023 at 3:05 pm.
Review LMD Scope, Duration and Assessment Rates
Assessment rates are currently $95 with no increase planned.
Approval of LMD Petition for Renewal
The LMD Petition was approved with all in favor.
Next step: Will need to share LMD Petition signatures (goal is 20 to 25 signatures) by the morning of Friday, 3/17/23 with Dan Sternkopf.
Questions / Misc. / Adjourn
Tabled this comment: Possibility to add a line item to the budget *Budget potential to raise by 10% for necessary expenses within the LMD scope. Could check with Dan on correct language
with legal if necessary.
