Observed the client install (6) 5/8 threaded rod anchors into 8" deep holes that were cleaned by brush and compressed air at
the Northwest corner of the structure for the added window that was in the first level pantry. The bolts were set in place with
Simpson Set-XP Epoxy.
The work was performed in accordance with plans, specifications, engineer fix, and installation instructions.
