Olympia Visit Regarding
ISSUES AND REPORT
1=2113, February 28th
• On February 28th I went to Olympia
with Federal Way Police Department
Chief Andy Hwang to provide
testimony about Washington
Initiative 2113 pertaining to the
pursuit laws.
• The resulting increase in car thefts
and other violent crimes is a direct
result of the current pursuit laws.
This is unacceptable and the
legislature must take action now.
