Per your request, I am providing the following description of work conducted at above
address. On February 14, 2024, a Home Certified representative sprayed and treated the
affected wood members in the attic space with an anti -fungal solution at the above
referenced house.
Home Certified representative performed moisture content testing of the wood materials
resulting in moisture content of less than 18%. It is generally accepted that wood
materials of 18% or less will not provide an environment for fungal growth.
