I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.
I have a new project for you in the City of federal way to look at.
It is a 2-lot project with an existing home, to remain.
The owner is placing a new home in the backyard.
This is an existing neighborhood. S. 295th has no sidewalks and neither does 9th or 11th Pl. S. In general, the entire area
has little in the way of sidewalks.
I would like to know what schools will serve the new home. We would also appreciate a response telling us we don't
need to do a school access analysis for this project.
