Mr. Olbrechts,
The City agrees that the Hearing Examiner does not have jurisdiction over the Walls' adverse
possession claim and that the Hearing Examiner cannot resolve this building permit appeal without
resolving the adverse possession claim. The City does not object to you issuing an order resolving
this action based on those facts.
