SAGHALIE HEIGHTS PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FULCER WETLAND REVIEW
Dear Mr. Jordan:
Based on your December 20, 2010 e-mail request, the City has confirmed the status of the peer review by
the City's wetland consultant for your projects known as Saghalie Heights Preliminary Plat Wetland
Review (file 08-104990-UP), and Fulcer Wetland Determination (file #06-104887-AD). According to the
enclosed table, the City received $8,850.50 in environmental pass through funds (in two separate
accounts) from you and received invoices totaling $7,882.64 from wetland consultant ESA Adolfson.
This leaves a balance of $967.86 in pass -through accounts.
At this time, I have verified that peer review of the referenced projects by ESA Adolfson has concluded.
As a result, I have forwarded a release of pass -through funds to our administrative staff, releasing the
remaining balance of $967.86 from the accounts. A check will be forwarded to your attention shortly, and
both accounts closed.
