A closing memorandum shall be prepared by the geotechnical engineer and provided to the City prior to final inspection approval of the rockery. 2. A temporary erosion and sediment control (TESL) plan and permanent landscape plan for the regraded area shall be submitted for the City's review and approval, prior to conducting the grading activity. The TESC plan and landscape plan shall be incorporated with a rockery permit application. 3. A fence atop the proposed rock wall, as depicted on the H3 Architects site plan submitted to the City on January 11, 2006, shall be installed by the applicant prior to final inspection approval. As recommended in our previous documents regarding this project site, Krazan & Associates, Inc. performed periodic inspections of the site during the construction of a rockery and shallow grading work. At the time of our final site visit, we determined that that rookery has been installed in accordance With our prior geotechnical recommendations, I11 addition, the shallow grading appeared suitable, with site grades trending toward proper drainage locations and away from structures. We recommend that temporary erosion control measures remain in place until final landscaping. Once landscaping and final driveway paving are complete, permanexlt erosion control will be in place. We hope that this letter provides the information required at this time.
