Dear Mr. McFall:
Pursuant to the tenDS and conditions of the Department of Information Services (DIS) CuStomer
Service Agreement, DIS will provide the City of Federal Way SCAN long distance services
through the Telecommunication Services Division of DIS.
The department is cum:ntly developing a SCAN Service Supplement which will function as an
addendum to the Customer Service Agreement and which will provide additional details and
information applicable to the SCAN service offering. When the SCAN Service Supplement is
ready for implementation. your organization will be sent a copy for review and execution.
