CONDITIONS:
1. The existing pole signs are considered legal nonconforming signs, and must be removed or brought into comformance.
2. This perinit is issued based on the information provided by the applicant. Since property lines cannot be verified
without a survey, the property owner, his/her heirs or assigns shall assume all liability for any relocation or any other
associated costs should the sign be located in public right of way or within the required yard setback.
3. The required setback from property lines for all signs shall be not less than 5' in residential zones and not less than 3'
in all other zones.
4. The sign base shall be made of solid materials that are harmonious with the character of the primary structures on
the subject property and there shall be no visible gap between the sign base and the finished grade for all monument
and pedestal signs, per FWCC Sec. 22-1602(3)(I).
5. Signs should be constructed and installed so that angle irons, guywires, braces and other structural elements are not
visible. This does NOT apply to structural elements that are an integral part of the overall design. (FWCC, 22-1602(A))
6. FINAL SIGN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SIGN REGISTRATION NUMBER.
PLEASE CALL 253-661-4140 TO SCHEDULE THE INSPECTION.
PERMIT EXPIRES April 28, 2001, IF NO WORK IS STARTED.
