CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Park called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour
of 8:30 a.m.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Mike Park, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, and Council-
members JeamIe Burbidge, Mary Gates, Dean McColgan mId Michael Hellickson. Council-
member Phil Watkins was excused.
Staflpresent: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Bob Sterbmlk and City Clerk
Chris Green.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Evaluate Qualifications of Applicant for Public Employment
Pursuant to RCW 42.30.11 O( 1 )(g)
At 8:34 a.m. Mayor Park announced Council would be recessing to an executive session for
approximately five hours.
Council returned to chambers at 1 :00 p.m.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Park adjourned the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council at the hour of
1 :00 p.m.
