CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Park called the special/study session of the Federal Way City Council to order at the hour of
6:06 p.m.
Councilmembers present: Mayor Mike Park, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar, and Councilmembers
Jeanne Burbidge, Mary Gates, Michael Hellickson and Phil Watkins. Councilmembcr Dean
McColgan was excused.
City staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Londi Lindell and City Clerk Chris
Green.

STAFF REPORT
SeaTac Part 150 Study/Flight Track Recommcndations
Greg Fewins introduced Lloyd Doctor who explained the proposed resolution addressing the south
flow flight tracks from the airport, followed by a brief discussion period.
MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER WATKINS TO MOVE THE PROPOSED
RESOLUTION TO APRIL; DEPUTY MAYOR KOCHMAR SECOND. The motion passed as
follows:
