CONDITIONS:
This permit was reviewed for the upper floor deck only. Any additional work to the lower floor deck or
any other portion of the home shall require a separate COM building permit.
1. All new construction shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse, or lateral movement of the
structure resulting from hydrodynamic or hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy..
2. All new construction shall be constructed with materials resistant to flood damage and use methods
and practices that minimize flood damage.
3. The proposed improvement shall be constructed per the application and associated materials in file 21-
104223-AD.
4.The owner shall provide verification to the Department of Community Development that the above
conditions have been met.
