CAPACITY WITH A SAFETY FACTOR OF NO LESS THAN TWO. ADVANCEMENT SHALL BE HALTED IMMEDIATELY IF THE STRUCTURE BEGINS
TO EXPERIENCE UPLIFT FLEXURE.
INSTALLATION/EXCAVATION NOTE:
ALL REQUIRED HOLES FOR PILE INSTALLATION SHALL BE DUG BY HAND, SHALL NOT EXCEED 2'x2'x2', AND MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE SEATTLE GRADING CODE. CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE THAT PROJECT STRUCTURE AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURES
