CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Burbidge called the special session of the federal Way City Council to order at the
hour of 5:30 p.m.
COlUlcilmembers present: Mayor Jeanne Burbidge, Deputy Mayor Dean McColgan,
Councilmembcrs Eric Faison, Mary Gates, Linda Kochmar and Mike Park. Mayor
Burbidge excused Councilmember Michael Hellickson.
Staff present: City Manager David Moseley, Interim City Attorney Pat Richardson and
City Clerk Chris Green.

2003-2004 PROPOSED BIENNIAL BUDGET
City Manager Overview to Council
City Manager Moseley provided a brief overview on the city's proposed 2003-2004
bielmial budget, and responded to inquiries from several Councilmembers.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Federal Way City Council at this time,
Mayor Burbidge adjourned the special meeting at 6: 15 p.m.
