Res 10-586RESOLUTION NO. 10-586 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Federal Way, Washington, setting a Public Hearing date of Tuesday, July 6, 2010 for adoption of a revised Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program and Arterial Street Improvement Plan. WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Chapters 35.77 and 47.26 RCW, the City Council of the City of Federal Way must adopt a revised and extended Six-year Transportation Improvement Program ("TIP") and Arterial Street Improvement Plan ("ASIP") annually; and WHEREAS, the City of Federal Way's SEPA Responsible Official reviewed the TIP and ASIP under the State Environmental Policy Act, RCW 43.21C, and issued a Determination of Nonsignificance on May 15, 2010; and WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held prior to the adoption of the revised and extended Six-year Transportation Improvement Program and Arterial Street Improvement Plan; NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section l. Public Hearin�. A public hearing shall be held on the 2011-2016 Federal Way Transportation Improvement Plan and Arterial Street Improvement Plan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at the Federal Way City Hall Council Chambers. Section 2. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase ofthis resolution should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this resolution. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this resolution are authorized to make necessary corrections to this resolution including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener/clerical errors, references, resolution numbering, section/subsection numbers and any references thereto. Section 4. Ratification. Any act consistent with the authority and prior to the effective date of this resolution is hereby ratified and affirmed. Section 5. Effective Date.
