MINUTES
I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Gates opened the study session of the Federal Way City Council at 6:05 p.m., in Council
Chambers, City Hall, Federal Way, Washington.
City Council present: Mayor Mary Gates, Deputy Mayor Phil Watkins, Councilmembers Ray
Tomlinson, Ron Gintz, Skip Priest, Bob Stead, Hope Elder.
City Staff present: City Manager Ken Nyberg, City Attorney Londi Lindell, Deputy City Clerk
Chris Green.
II. POLICE CONTRACT BRIEFING
City Manager Ken Nyberg and Management Services Director Iwen Wang presented information
to Council and responded to their inquiries.
III. ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Gates adjourned the study
session of the Federal Way City Council at the hour of 6:55 p.m..
