DECEMBER 3, 1991
I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Study Session City Council meeting was called to order by Deputy
Mayor Mary Gates, on the 3rd day of December, 1991, at the hour of
5:10 p.m., in Council Chambers, City of Federal Way, 33530 First
Way South, Federal Way, Washington. CoUncilmembers present: Jim
Handmacher, Lynn Templeton, Joel Marks, Bob Stead and Jim Webster.
Mayor Ertel arrived at 6:30 p.m.
II. BUDGET DELIBERATIONS
The council continued to discuss the 1992 Preliminary Budget.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The Study Session adjourned at 62- 5 p.m.
