I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor McColgan called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at
the hour of 5:06 p.m.
Councilmember present: Mayor Dean McColgan, Deputy Mayor Linda Kochmar,
Councilmembers Jeanne Burbidge, Jack Dovey, Eric Faison, Jim Ferrell and Mike Park.
Staff present: City Manager David Moseley, Assistant City Manager Derek Matheson, City
Attorney Pat Richardson, City Clerk Chris Green, Economic Development Director Patrick
Doherty, Management Services Director Iwen Wang.
• II. CITY CENTER MARKET STUDY FINDINGS
Consultants Anne Ricker and Bill Cunningham of Leland Consulting Group presented their
findings of the recently completed city center market study to the Council. After their
presentation was completed, a question and answer session followed.
III. ADJOURNMENT
There being nothing further to come before e Federal Way City Council, Mayor
McColgan adjourned the study session at 6:30 .
