Caulfield, William Drake, and Ed Soule. Alternative Commissioners present: None. Staff present: Senior
Planner Margaret Clark and Administrative Assistant E. Tina Piety.
Chair Vaughan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT
Ms. Clark went over major projects
COMMISSION BUSINESS S GMA Planning Requirements
Ms. Clark presented a workshop on GMA Planning Requirements. The workshop covered: a) an overview
of the comprehensive planning process; b) the requirement to update the comprehensive plan; c) the status
of the 1999 and 2000 comprehensive plan amendments; d) an overview of the Long Range Planning
Program; and e) the 2000 Planning Commission Work Program.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
Commissioner Soule presented his resignation.
