present: City Manager David Moseley, Community Development Services Director Stephen Clifton,
Senior Planner Margaret Clark, Parks Planning & Development Manager Jon Jainga, and Administrative
Assistant E. Tina Piety.
Chair Vaughan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

COMMISSION BUSINESS S 1999 Comprehensive Plan Amendments
There was no quorum; therefore the Public Hearing was cancelled. Ms. Clark gave an overview of the
format the staff will be following at the Public Hearing.
The Public Hearing was rescheduled for May 3, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
