1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Eric Faison called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
a) Approval of the May 10, 2005 meeting minutes
Motion to approve the May 10, 2005 meeting minutes. Motion seconded and carried.
b) Extension of Contract Term for Solid Waste/Recycling Services
Presented by Rob VanOrsow
Mr. VanOrsow reviewed the proposal to extend the contract for solid waste and recycling services
with Waste Management through 2008.
Motion to forward Options 1 and 2 to full Council for approval. Motion seconded and carried.

a) Statutory changes in the State Legislature that may impact Economic Development.
