COMCAST OF PUGET SOUND, INC. AND COMCAST OF
WASHINGTON IV, INC. TO OCCUPY RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, WITHIN THE SPECIFIED
FRANCHISE AREA FOR THE PURPOSES OF OPERATING AND
