AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE VIII, OF THE CRIMINAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY TO CRIMINALIZE DOMESTIC
VIOLENCE IN THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
STRANGULATION (AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 97-297 AND 92-299).
b. Council Bill #407 – Ordinance Prohibiting Dangerous Dogs in the City
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLES I, II AND IV OF THE
FEDERAL WAY CITY CODE TO UPDATE DEFINITIONS WITH REGARD TO
DANGEROUS DOGS, PROVIDE NOTICE OF APPEAL RIGHTS TO DOG OWNERS,
PROHIBIT DANGEROUS DOGS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, AND INCREASE
PENALTIES TO DOG OWNERS (AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 90-30, 92-153,
AND 01-394).
c. Council Bill #408 – Ordinance Adopting the 2006 Parks, Recreation & Open Space Plan

WASHINGTON, GRANTING WASHINGTON STATE PARKS AND RECREATION
A NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO OCCUPY RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, WITHIN THE SPECIFIED FRANCHISE AREA
TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, REPAIR, OPERATE, AND REMOVE GRAVITY
SEWER LINE, AND OTHER UTILITIES, WITH ALL CONNECTIONS AND
APPURTENANCES THERETO, FOR STATE PARK PURPOSES, WITHIN AND
THROUGH CERTAIN RIGHTS OF WAY AND STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF
FEDERAL WAY.
