work plan was on the agenda of approval. The Youth Commission is now set for its
events.
b. Tricks ‘N’ Treats Funfest (Special Event) – This event will be held on Friday,
October 27. Commissioner Wilson will contact the coordinators about it. It will be held
at the Klahanee Lake Community Center. Youth Commission members are asked to
volunteer. The event will start at 6:00, but it is advised volunteers arrive at 5:00 and stay
until 10:00. All of the Youth Commissioners that will potentially volunteer should
contact Commissioner Wilson.
c. TUNE Night – Commissioner Bernardy contacted some bands and made a contact
sheet. Commissioner Four Bear found some people who’d be able to play for Acoustic
Night. According to how many bands we get, we either will do a plugged-in version or
an acoustic TUNE night. Commissioner Jeong will make flyers once the set list is
finalized. The cost of TUNE night will be $4. It will be held at Todd Beamer HS. We
have the facility until 11:00.

will open at 6:00. Commissioner Palumbarit decided on having an intermission. The

be at the Knutzen Theatre at 5:30. Snack items will be sold before the movie starts. We
