MINUTES
In attendance: Commission Members: Allison Palumbarit, Kiley Martin, Sarah Kirsch, Doris Jeong,

1. CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Kirsch called the meeting to order at 5:28 p.m.
2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
DORIS JEONG MOVED, SARAH KIRSCH SECONDED. A MOTION TO
APPROVE THE OCTOBER 18th MINUTES AS WRITTEN. MOTION PASSED.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
a. None
4. COMMISSION BUSINESS
a. Tricks ‘N’ Treats Funfest Recap – Over 300 people showed up. The commissioners
that volunteered said that it was fun.
b. TUNE Night – Commissioner Hutchinson said two bands are secured.
Commissioners will contact band members and they must report to Commissioner
Hutchinson by Wednesday. Commissioner Jeong will make the flyers and each
Commissioner will pass them out at the local schools. TUNE will be held on December
8th from 7:00 – 9:30 at Todd Beamer High School. A meeting will be held at the
Klahanee Lake Community Center on December 6th at 5:00 pm. Snacks will be
provided.
c. Adopt-A-Family – Schmidt will obtain a letterhead for Commissioners to send to
companies. The Salvation Army is a possibility, but Commissioners want to deliver gifts
personally so another venue may have to be pursued. Schmidt will continue looking.
Letterhead can be picked up at the December 6th meeting.
d. Family Movie Night – Cancelled because of copy write laws regarding the movie.
e. Jingle Bell Brunch – December 9th at 9:00 am in the Klahanee Lake Community
Center Gym, but it is likely it will not happen. Only ten people have registered and they
want to secure 25 attendees.
5. NEXT MEETING
An interim meeting will be held on December 6th at 5:00 pm.
The official meeting will be held on December 20th, 2006, 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Klahanee
Lake Community Center.
6. ADJOURNMENT - The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
