In attendance: Jessica Baik, Riley Germanis, Jordan Rohrs, Traci Johnson, Marlon Harrington,

1. CALL TO ORDER
Staff Roger Coldiron called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.
2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
Riley Germanis made a motion to approve. Olivia Timothy voted and 2nd to the motion.
Motion to approve October minutes passed.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
a. Guest Speaker Suzanne Smith from Diversity Committee.
4. COMMISSION BUSINESS
a. Work on Adopt A Family.
-Caroling,
-Set up tables at High School sports event.
-Solicit stores, businesses.
-Set up table outside store of business.
b. All items to be turned in by December 17th at the Community Center.
5. NEW BUSINESS
a. Begin Planning for January Event.
6. NEXT MEETING
December 12th 2007 – Federal Way Community Center – 5pm.
