One (1) quote was received and opened on March 21, 2014. See the attached Exhibit A, Quote Tabulation Summary. Asphalt Patch Systems, Inc. submitted the lowest quote, which is comparable and in some areas lower than the winning quote received for the 2012 -2013 NTS program. Exact quantities and locations for this small project will be determined throughout the work year(s). The City is also required to adopt a revised TIP and ASIP on an annual basis to reflect the City's current and future street and arterial needs. The City is required to hold a minimum of one public hearing on the revised plans. Staff proposes that this occur at the June 17, 2014 City Council meeting. Once the revised plans have been adopted by Resolution, a copy of the respective plans must be filed with the Washington State Secretary of Transportation and the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board. The attached Resolution sets the public hearing date for the June 17, 2014 City Council meeting. The TIP will also be presented to the Land Use and Transportation Committee on June 2, 2014.
