An Ordinance of the City of Federal Way, Washington, relating to prohibiting all marijuana-related businesses including retail, production and processing. b. CB#658 Ordinance – Extend Moratorium on Medical Marijuana An Ordinance of the City of Federal Way, Washington, renewing the moratorium imposed by Ordinance 13-749 on marijuana collective gardens and related uses for six months. 8.
