SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

October 6, 2015 — 6:00 p.m.
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Ferrell called the Special Meeting to order at the hour of 6:00 pm.
City officials in attendance: Mayor Jim Ferrell, Deputy Mayor Jeanne Burbidge, Councilmember Susan
Honda, Councilmember Bob Celski, Councilmember Martin Moore and Councilmember Dini Duclos.
City staff in attendance: Chief of Staff Brian Wilson, Assistant City Attorney Ryan Call, and City Clerk
Stephanie Courtney.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 6:00 pm Mayor Ferrell announced Council will be recessing into Executive Session for the
purpose of discussing:
• Collective Bargaining pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b)
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being nothing further on the agenda; Mayor Ferrell adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:15 pm.
