The driveway shall be paved from the existing roadway pavement edge, or curb, to the garage or carport. 2. No building shall encroach onto any building setback line or easement shown or not shown. 3. Maximum building height is 30 feet above average building elevation. 4. Building setbacks are: 20 feet front; 5 feet side; 10 feet rear. 5. Prior to any clearing or grading on a lot, the owner /builder shall install temporary erosion/sedimentation control facilities approved by the City. These facilities must ensure that dirt or sediment laden water does not enter the public drainage system, adjacent lots or public streets.
