CONDITIONS:
1. Window signs are all signs located inside, affixed to a window & intended to be viewed from the exterior of a
structure. Window signs are used to advertise products, goods or services for sale on -site, business ID, hours of
operation, address, & emergency information. The area of window signs shall not exceed 25% of the window area.
2. Signs should be constructed & installed so that angle irons, guywires, braces & other structural elements are not
visible. This does NOT apply to structural elements that are an integral part of the overall design. (FWCC, 22- 1602(A))
3. No sign shall project above the roofline of the exposed building face to which it is attached. (FWCC, 22- 1601(B)(2))
4. FINAL SIGN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED in order to receive the sign registration sticker. Please call 253- 835 -3050
to schedule the inspection.
5. SIGN SHALL BE INSTALLED AND FINAL INSPECTION PASSED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE ISSUANCE OF
THIS PERMIT, IN ORDER TO AVOID REACTIVATION OF MONETARY PENALTIES UNDER VIOLATION
ORDER 01- 102498- 00 -VO.
PERMIT EXPIRES April 7, 2002, IF NO WORK IS STARTED.
