The existing Allied Cash Advance located on 28839 Military Road South is located in the Neighborhood Business (BN) zone. Pursuant to Federal Way City Code (FWCC) 22- 1634(2), this zone allows for drive - through facilities, such as banks, cleaners, fast food, drug stores and service stations etc. that comply with FWCC 22- 1634(2)(a -e) and FWCC 22- 1638(d), which are enclosed with this letter. A Land Use Process I or II will be required prior to the issuance of the building permit. The determination of whether this application will be required to undergo Land Use Process I or II will be determined with the criteria listed in FWCC 22 -32.2 (enclosed). This will be confirmed upon receipt of more detailed information including site plans, project proposal and scope of work. The fees associated with each Process are as follows: Land Use Process I is charted at $68 per hour of review time (average review time is 1 -3 hours), and a Land Use Process II review is approximately $1882.00.
