Office Park-1 (OP-1) Zones
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Federal Way, Washington, imposing a six-month moratorium on
the expansion or creation of development or uses, including without limitation the City’s
acceptance, processing and approval of land use and building permit applications, in the Corporate
Park-1 and Office Park-1 zones within the City, amending the Planning Commission Work
Program, declaring an emergency, providing for an immediate effective date, setting forth
preliminary supportive findings, and setting a date for a public hearing.
