Dear Mr. Lee:
This letter is to notify you of the formal cancellation of preapplication PRE98 -0044.
On May 1, 1998, I sent you a letter requesting additional information for your proposed church
project before the preapplication request was routed for review. A copy of the letter is enclosed.
To date, no information about the project has been received. Therefore, the preapplication is
formally canceled.
If you wish to reapply for a preapplication conference, plans which correspond to the enclosed
preapplication conference handout must be submitted. A review fee of $300.00 is collected at the
time of application. (The fee is credited to you when a formal application is received.)
