without a survey, the property owner, his /her heirs or assigns shall assume all liability for any relocation or any other
associated costs should the sign be located in public right -of -way or within the required yard setback.
3. The required setback from property lines for all signs shall be not less than three feet.
4. Sign base shall be made of solid materials harmonious with the character of the primary structures on the subject
property. There shall be no visible gap between the sign base and finished grade nor the sign base and sign face for all
monument & pedestal signs.
5. A separate electrical permit is required for any sign requiring electrical work.
7. FINAL SIGN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED in order to receive the sign registration sticker. Please call 253- 835 -3050
to schedule the final sign inspection.
