CONDITIONS:
1. This permit is issued based on the information provided by the applicant. Since property lines cannot be verified
without a survey, the property owner, his /her heirs or assigns shall assume all liability for any relocation or any other
associated costs should the sign be located in public right of way or within the required yard setback.
2. The required setback from property lines for all signs shall be not less than 5'.
3. There shall be no visible gap between the sign base and the finished grade for all monument and pedestal signs, per
FWCC Sec. 22- 1602(3)(1).
4. Provide landscaping area adjacent to sign that is equal to sign area proposed.
