MEETING MINUTES
Meeting called to order at 5:11pm.

COMMISSION BUSINESS
December Minutes
Commissioner Jesse motioned to approve December minutes and was seconded by Commissioner Robert.
Work Plan
The commissioners discussed the upcoming Daughter's Night Out Event and associated volunteer opportunities.
Commissioner Robert suggested organizing an anti - bullying project for local elementary schools. Commissioner
Jesse will coordinate with the library to hold the second "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover" event to be held in April
or May. Commissioner Gillian is working with the MSC to organize a volunteer opportunity on March 81h from 10a
— 2p.
Hygeine Kit Drive
Several items were collected for the drive.
Sub- groups
The commissioners decided to form sub - groups to work on different projects and ideas.
