CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the sporting goods store and per redined approved land
use plans (approved 1-31-14), one rooftop -mounted security camera to monitor the interior of the pedestrian
corridor on the west side of the sporting goods store, and one pole -mounted security camera located iwithin
the parking lot on the south side of the sporting goods store to monitor access to the east and west corridor
entry points and the entrance to the loading dock shall be installed and operational and approved by the
Federal Way Police and IT department staff.
2. PUBLIC WORKS CONDITION: Prior to Building Permit sign -off or any kind of occupancy of the
building, the applicant shall comply with the 2009 King Co. Surface Water Design Manual requirements to
provide Flow Control Best Management Practices (BMP's), as applicable to this project.
