CONDITIONS:
1. Contractor or his assigns shall notify City Inspectors PRIOR to date of inspection the location of all
asbestos that is being removed. Contractor will notify the City Inspector prior to entering the buidling when
abatement of asbestos is occurring.
2. Prior to Issuance of C. of O., (or prior to Dec. 31, 2013, whichever comes first) water quality improvements
for Sub -basin #3 shall he completed.
3. Prior to isuance of a certificate of occupancy, replacement plaza elements (depicted on the civil plan set -
12 -105369 -EN) shall be installed at the Target building entrance.
4. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy landscaping shall be installed as identified on landscaping
pl s of permit 12 -105369 -EN.
5. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall install two security cameras, meeting
city specifications, on the roof of the new building in the locations identified in the red -lined site plan, and
confirmed as operational by the City IT Department and Federal Way Police Department.
6. Pre -construction meetings to occur on-site and are recommended prior to each phase of project.
