M,O. ederson December 15,2010 Page 2 Approval It is anticipated that development activity during this limited time will not interfere with any residential use.Furthermore, nighttime work is preferable to day time work because the shopping center is open during the day and construction activity would impede with daily operations and cause a public safety issue. Therefore, based on your written request, the Director of Community Development Services hereby grants you revocable approval to engage in construction activity during the night and a holiday starting December 15,2010 to December 24, 2010. Notice Pursuant to FWRC 19.105.040(3), an applicant must mail written notice,at least seven(7)calendar days in advance of the approved work,to owners and occupants of property within 300 feet of the project boundaries and post one or more notice boards on the project site,as determined by the director. The notice must include the approved construction hours, general description of construction activities, summary of mitigation measures accepted by the director, and two 24-hour project contacts for the duration of the project.
