I have added comments regarding the information that is required in order to complete the review and approval of this application. Hopefully this will help to clarify some of the issues. When we receive the corrected plans, the modified footing design will also need to be reviewed for compliance with building codes. I spoke with Brian Roberts concerning the deadline for removal of the power line from the newly acquired right-of-way. Primarily,the area needs to be clear of any potential dangers to the workers who will be completing the City project in that location. This could be accomplished by relocating all electrical to the private side of the new boundary line prior to the installation of the sign, if necessary. Please provide (2) complete sets of revised plans that provide the required information along with a completed resubmittal form (which I will attach). To avoid further delays in this process, I encourage you to do this in person for immediate feedback on the completeness of the resubmittal.
