Hi! Martha, I will like to give you an update and request more time in reference to the cease notice . I Enrique De Anda want to correct this matter and I will work very hard to get this matter resolve, I will call drafters, general contractors, real estate agents etc.to evaluate all my options, it will be time consuming to try to organize, schedule and coordinate things when as a family and working man(3 toddlers and a lot of work in my shoulders)make this situation more difficult. that's the main reason I will like to request more time to consider my options available and proceed to correct this matter. Requesting more time for : 1.-drawings or drafter people to consider the option to submit application to permit with the city. 2.-general contractor to evaluate the costs of repairs(if any)estimate and advice to proceed. 3.-real estate agents to evaluate the conditions of the house to sale(no equity and a lot tenant problems) 4.-verter back to garage and keep renting the house to one family . I will like to ask for more time(45 to 60 days)to consider my best option. I also want to inform you that there's no people living in the garage conversion and I promise there will no be people living in the garage conversion Please consider our situation and I hope this will reflect in your decision Thank you.
