PURPOSE OF LETTER This letter provides the conclusion of our opinion due to the changes made to the original plans during the construction. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS 1- The rear shear walls of the first floor were missing. Shear wall #2 is adequate. 2- As understood, '/2 " plywood was not utilize in the main floor front walls. The specified shear wall designation of #6 may be replaced by using shear wall #3 from the shear wall table. 3- Also understood that a holdown in the garage/living area common wall was misplaced.
