The purpose of this letter is to respond to and document revisions to the approved set of
plans for the above residence.
Item 1. The approved set of plans call for a 2x6 balloon framed wall 18'tall. A fireplace
has been cut into the full height studs. Double the outside studs and place a header
between them over the fireplace. Support the header with a 2x6 trimmer.
