Simpson Strong Bolt 2 x 13" length (1" diameter) expansion anchors w ere provided per plan notes and anchor detail on Sheet BOA2-ATM_00042. Simpson Anchor ICC ESR ER 3037 was followed for installation. The (2) north anchors had dam aged threads at the top of the anchors which occurred during installation. Contractor raised the steel enclosure to access lower threads and was able to correct the installation and achi eve 230 foot pounds of torque. Work and materials were found to be in accorda nce with approved plans and notes. To the best of our knowledge, all items inspected today are in conformance with approved plans and specifications.
